Everyone deserves to have access to affordable, excellent oral healthcare! You and your family's smiles are important to us, and we want to ensure that you can receive the dental care you need and expect!
Dental insurance is a great! But many people are not sure what their plan is or even what their plan covers.
The good news is that our Team can help you understand your insurance plan and take the guesswork and hassle out of using your benefits. Our staff will file your claims and find out exactly what your plan covers. Please be aware though that this is YOUR insurance – it's a contract between you and your employer; we cannot make any guarantees as to what your insurance will pay and what it will deny.
As a commitment to you and your dental care, our office diligently strives to stay current with dental insurance policies. Due to the ever-changing landscape and dynamic of insurance benefits, it is ultimately the patient's responsibility to KNOW the dental plan including coverage and benefits.
Please understand that any treatment balance remaining after final insurance determination will be the patient's responsibility.
Your insurance is accepted at our office as long as you may go to a provider of your choice. We are contracted with the following dental insurance companies:
- Most Delta Dental plans
- United Concordia
- Cigna Dental but not the "Advantage Plan"
- Blue Cross Blue Shield
Prior to making an appointment, it's a good idea to go on-line with your insurance company and do a "provider search" to make sure we are contracted with your plan. Oftentimes, a certain insurance may have a different name, but falls under the contracted insurance umbrella; and vice versa.
Payments & Financing
We accept cash, personal checks, and credit cards for payment. The credit cards we accept include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express.
We also offer No Interest payment plans through an outside financing source called Care Credit. Care Credit allows you to pay over time with no interest. It offers convenient, low monthly payment plans and it has no annual fees or pre-payment penalties.
Please ask our front desk scheduling and insurance coordinators if you are interested in learning more about Care Credit or go to their website: carecredit.com to find out more information.
Payment is due at the time of service. If you have dental insurance, your estimated portion or your deductible is due at your initial treatment visit.
For patients with insurance, we are happy to work with your carrier to maximize your benefits and directly bill your insurance company for reimbursement for your treatment. However, if we do not receive payment from your insurance carrier within 90 days, you are responsible for payment of your treatment fees and collection of your benefits directly from your insurance company. Your insurance contract is an agreement between you and your insurance company, and as the subscriber, you are ultimately responsible for knowing the terms of that agreement.
